Helen Shaw is an experienced professional who brings a wealth of hands on experience and expertise to her practice as an organisational development and leadership consultant and as a leader of a small human rights charity. She is confident operating in a complex and challenging political and legal mileu to bring about lasting changes to practice and policy.
Helen works with a range of clients supporting individual and organisational development including working in the voluntary, public and private sectors developing governance and management structures and on constructing cross-organisational teams. She has a particular interest in the challenges of working across organisational boundaries.
Helen is a doctoral candidate studying at the Tavistock Centre/UEL where her study is focussed on leadership and governance in complex networks in the context of learning following serious incidents.
